I’m pleased to share that Rachael Milne Consulting is now a PMI Authorized Training Partner (ATP).
This means I’m officially authorised by the Project Management Institute (PMI) to deliver PMI-licensed, exam-aligned training, including PMP® and CAPM® preparation, under my own training organisation.
More importantly, it means clearer, more consistent and higher-quality learning experiences for both individual professionals and organisations investing in their project teams.

What does PMI ATP status mean?
PMI grants ATP status to a limited number of training providers worldwide.
As an ATP, I am authorised to deliver:
Official PMI-licensed course materials
Training aligned to the latest PMP® and CAPM® exam content outlines
Quality-assured programmes that meet PMI’s global standards
In practical terms, this ensures that what you learn in the classroom is directly aligned with how PMI expects candidates to think, apply knowledge, and succeed in the exam and at work.
Learning that’s engaging, practical, and exam-focused
All PMP® and CAPM® preparation courses delivered through Rachael Milne Consulting are highly interactive and scenario-based, designed to keep participants engaged over intensive training days. Complex concepts are broken down using real project examples, discussion, and practical exercises not passive slide-reading.
The courses also provide the 35 PMI-required education hours, satisfying the eligibility criteria to apply for the PMP® or CAPM® exams.
Â
What this means for individuals
If you’re pursuing PMP® or CAPM® certification, you can expect:
Official 35 hour PMI-authorised exam preparation
Training grounded in real project environments, not theory-heavy lectures
Clear exam strategy alongside practical application
Small, interactive cohorts with time for questions and discussion
A trainer who actively works with project professionals across industries
Whether you’re progressing your career, changing roles, or formalising your experience with a globally recognised qualification, ATP status gives you confidence that your preparation is current, credible, and exam-relevant.
Â
What this means for organisations
For organisations, ATP status enables me to deliver cohort-based training that is:
Consistent across teams and locations
Aligned to PMI standards while tailored to your context
Suitable for internal capability building, PMOs, and leadership pipelines
Delivered virtually or in person across Europe and internationally
Many organisations prefer cohort-based learning because it creates a shared language, common tools, and immediate application back into live projects. Being an ATP allows me to offer this with official PMI content, while still adapting delivery to your industry and organisational reality.
Â
Why train with Rachael Milne Consulting?
I’ve been delivering project management training for years across sectors including technology, pharma, manufacturing, and professional services. My focus has always been on practical, usable learning, you know the kind that people can apply the very next day at work.
Becoming an ATP formalises what many clients already know:
Training should be engaging, relevant, and grounded in experience
Certification prep should build confidence, not overwhelm
Project management is a people skill as much as a technical one
What’s next?
I’ll be opening places on upcoming PMP® and CAPM® courses for individual professionals, as well as working with organisations interested in running private cohort programmes for their teams.
If you’d like to:
Join an upcoming course, or
Discuss a tailored programme for your organisation
you’re very welcome to get in touch.
If you’d like to hear directly from past participants, you’ll find references and feedback from previous PMP® and project management training cohorts on my LinkedIn profile.
